Today we are going to switch it up a bit a take a look at another popular herb/plant, known as Kratom. I will not bore you all the details about kratom, you can read all about Kratom in our “Other Herbs” section. This Kratom came from Flawless Connection.

Pacific Blue Mano Kratom is dark green in color, and is a very fine powder. Has a very earthy smell. The package comes in a three grams. Kratom powder is a little bit harder to work with than kratom capsules. It mixes well with thicker substances, like applesauce or say a smoothie. At first I tried to add some with water and it seemed to just want to clump up.

Kratom Effects

With Pacific Blue’s Mano kratom I felt very relaxed and pain free. Slept really well, and woke up refreshed.

If you are looking for the power of the “monkey” but crave scents to tickle you nose and add to your pleasure look no further. My favorite out of the new trio is the Jungle Juice.

Mr. Nice Guy’s Stuk! Herbal Incense Review

This is my herbal incense review of Stuk! By Mr Nice Guy.

PACKAGING

The packaging has a beautiful design, the name is clever – the fly is caught in the web, “Stuk!” Font is clear, easy to read and they simply state “NOT FDA APPROVED” rather than list the 500 chemicals that they don’t use. I like this approach as much as i like triple X’s Hi-5′s k2 spice method of simply stating “NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES CONTAINED”. Sadly, this is where this blend seems to go downhill for me. The herbs themselves were fluffy, smelt good, and were very light in colour.

In the packet that i received, i would say almost half of the herbal incense seemed like stalks or “sticks” with the sticks being almost like wood shavings. Since this was a Mr Nice Guy blend, with the prices ranging from around 15-25 dollars for a single gram, i was expecting to be blown away in every category.

AROMA AND FLAVOR

The first whiff smells similar to green tea, incredibly fresh almost like when you bite into a cucumber and take a deep breath. There are several over-riding scents all mingling together with this one, which actually work incredibly well together. The 4 of us that tried this were in agreement that there seems to be an oriental/asian influence in the herb blend. Definitely one of my favorite out-of-the-packet k2 spice scents. When burning the smell becomes more floral, slightly lavenderish and the taste is definitely sweet and perfumed. This was one of two Mr Nice Guy samples i received, and they were both impressively tasty, yet very subtle in scent.

Herbal Incense Effects

The effects of Stuk! were at first hard for me to put into words – until i tried another sample (the triple X hi-5).

Stuk! and Hi-5 were very similar in effects, with them mainly effecting your body, if it did produce any effects on the head they were very little and very overpowered by the general inability to move i felt after using this product. The difference between this and Hi-5 is firstly, the amount of “lock” you get from this is much higher. I spent around 30 minutes unable to gather the will to get myself something to drink, which was 5 steps away. Secondly, it doesn’t come on in warm waves over your entire body, it seems to creep up from your feet to your eyeballs, and i often found myself wondering why it wasn’t working only to realise that it was and i just hadn’t noticed the creep.
The biggest disappointment for me with this blend was that the effects lasted all of 40 minutes, which is quite short-lived for most expensive blends.

My wife put it best when she described the Stuk! against the Hi-5. The Hi-5 is like being wrapped in a warm blanket which makes it so you don’t want to move, whereas Stuk! you find yourself wondering where it is until you try to get up – and can’t. Stuk! makes it so you can’t move with any real ease, even if you wanted to.

SCORES

PACKAGING/CONTENT – 7/10 – Too many sticks, too plain in colour to stand out compared to others.

AROMA/FLAVOUR – 9.6/10 – One of the best I’ve tried to date That retains its aroma in its taste

EFFECTS – 8.8/10 – Overall, the effects were disappointing compared to other Mr Nice Guy products I’ve tried in the past, and the second one I reviewed from these samples was also much better.

OVERALL 8.5/10 – It’s a nice one to try if you ever find it on sale(Good News reader(s) Stuk! brand k2 incense is on sale now for $14.72 plus you can take another 10% off of that if you buy from the Herbal Incense Hut with the coupon code “SU10“, but I honestly couldn’t recommend it at full price since there are others that provide something better in every category, strength, longevity, content, value for money – there is not one category I can think of that this one holds as its own.

Flame 2.0 Herbal Incense Review

I have heard a lot of the original Flame Herbal Incense, but never got around to trying it. Flame is available in three different scents: Bubble Berry Blue, Purple Nurple, and Strawberry Fields. They come in either a 1.5gram container or 5grams. Flawless Connection is the only place I’ve seen Flame Herbal Incense lately.

The types of herbs used in this herbal incense blend are Marshmallow leaf, Damiana, Baybean, Mullein, and Blue Lotus. The herbal k2 spice mixture blends well together, which also burns rather smooth. The Bubble Berry Blue smells mostly like blueberries.

Flame Herbal Incense Effects

Flame brings in a nice creeping effect but before you know it you are trapped in chair. The Flame Incense produces a nice body relaxation feeling. Almost bringing new meaning to the term “couch-lock”. Good too burn on those rainy days or even just want to chill and relax. The strongest peak hit you about 30 minutes in before letting go of it grips. The flame kindles down but does not go out for another 30 minutes. If you got things to do you might want to wait and use this as a reward after you are finished. Great for late night and watching movies. It reminds me a little bit like Mr. Nice Guy’s Relaxinol but not quite as strong.

This is another herbal incense I got from the Herbal Incense Hut. Super Kush is from the DaScents company, the makers of Bayou Blaster. Anyway, the package is labeled as a botanical potpourri. The back says aromatic potpourri and gives the definition of potpourri. It also lists of ingredients it does not contain; JWH-018, JWH-200, JWH-073, JWH-250, JWH-019, JWH-398, HU211, HU210, CP47 497.
Super Kush Herbal Incense is lab certified and not for human consumption.

The herbs contain in Super Kush are a bit on the dry side, and crumble easy by the time you get down with the 1.5 gram pack it there is a lot of fine powder. Which will burn nice but also quickly. At first smell it reminded me of the smell of hay but as time went on the smell grew on me. I think it kind of almost smells like Old Bay seasoning.

Herbal Incense Effects

The effects of Super Kush are apparent after about 5 minutes and really only need two pinches to achieve what you are after. I would suggest only putting enough in your burner for one “hit” each time, as it does not take much. I noticed myself to be a bit more chatty after an aromatherapy session as a definitely notice an increase in appetite. Do not use this product if you are on a diet, as you may clean out your fridge. After about 40 minutes the effects are pretty much fading away but you should feel relaxed and full for awhile after that. Out of all the DaScents blends I would have to say this one would be on top.

We are back again with another some more herbal incense reviews of Down2Earth. I’ve done a review of their Skunk 101 blend earlier only to find out that it was a fake/counterfeit. With great blends come people looking to make money of their good name. To avoid buying fakes I would suggest buying from an authorized retailer/vendor of D2E incense products. The place I have come to trust now is Flawless Connection. They are fast at shipping and have some of the best prices. The Down2Earth company has quite a selection of fragrant potpourri to choose from. This herbal incense review is for their Power Plant, but they also have: Texas Blitz, Purple Chronic, Cotton Candy, Strawberry, Pineapple, Mango, and Skunk 101. Someday I hope to be able to try each scent. I would also like to point out they have a “Climaxxx” line and a “Reggie” line.

Anyway, I’ve read that the Power Plant scent smelled like skittles, so I was eager to give it a smell. I could see where they made the assumption, it has a rather pleasant and nice sweet almost berry smell to it. The flavor is noticeable throughout your aromatherapy session as well. Which brings me to my next point, your session should not need to be very long. This k2 spice is very strong and easy to see why it comes labeled as a Climaxxx blend. It produces a very nice head rush. It is easily achievable with about two small pinches of the herbal mixtures. The herbs are very smooth and the smoke is not harsh at all.

The herbal incense effects from Down2Earth Climaxxx peak around the thirty minute mark but continues to ride nicely for an additional thirty minutes or so, give or take depending on your tolerance level. I would recommend this to seasoned vets as well as the intermediate crowd. Just remember to not over due it and be sure to get an authentic package. Six Scents (Purple Haze) Herbal Incense Review

PACKAGING/CONTENTS
Before we start out I’d like to add that Six Scents Herbal Incense blends are available at the Herbal Incense Hut (enter code SU10 for a 10% discount), all orders come with free shipping too.

Packaging is interesting – the front is so obscure and forgetful, no package sizing, even the product name is at first hard to decipher from the Organic Sachet label it borders. Flip the packet over, and you have quite the opposite – The amount of information they list on this is incredible – marshmallow leaf, red clover, basil, spearmint, peppermint, chamomile, hops, patchouli, passion flower extracts and scents. This brand is a great example of what I mentioned in previous reviews, where the packaging is definitely designed for practical use and information than for any real cosmetic value. The herbs themselves were bright, vibrant shades of yellows, greens and oranges – a very nice looking herb mix.

AROMA/TASTE (for the purple haze)

This is where the packaging confuses me completely. I showed 5 different people a sample of this to smell, and they all agreed: the number one smell and even taste that dominates this blend is lavender. You can smell slight peppermint, red clover and a slight fruity depth, but it is all behind the instantaneous hit of lavender. The packaging doesn’t mention lavender in the slightest though, so where this is coming from I am not sure. The taste was quite pleasant, definitely could taste lavender mixed with the peppermint, a very perfume-like taste which I personally enjoyed, however my housemate really disliked the taste of this one, said it was like smoking flowers.

The effects of K2 Spice blend Six Scents

EFFECTS

The effects of the Six Scents herbal incense were almost entirely the same as the effects of their other brand, Sky Pilot – and Sky Pilot has a much stronger lavender taste/smell, with no peppermint backdrop.
The effects are pleasant, a definite mind fuzz type of high, not to the same level Panic took me, but certainly one of the more surprisingly pleasing of the bunch (wasn’t expecting great things from the start; I grew up around lavender fields and the smell bothers me) with the effects feeling warm and inviting, definitely improving my ability to socially interact in pretty much any situation. Obviously, Six Scents is far from the strongest, or tastiest, or longest lasting blend you can buy – but it definitely is one you can take on a daily basis and function better than you would without it.

SCORES

PACKAGING/CONTENT – 7.5/10 – content was great, very few sticks, lumps or waste product; packaging was too bland, hard to read and you have to really examine the packet to find the net weight (with it being on the back)

AROMA/TASTE – 8.5/10 – Personally, I loved the taste and smell of this product – lavender and peppermint are two flavours that I would never have put together, yet they worked so well. But I had very mixed reviews from others: a lot of people dislike lavender as a smell.

EFFECTS – 8.8/10 – Not the strongest, not the longest, but one of the most well-rounded mind highs I’ve tried thus far. Would have no trouble using this on a daily basis, its only effects being a conversational inhibitor remover (made us talk non-stop).

OVERALL – 8.5/10 – Whilst not the most potent, it still packs a nice well-rounded punch but not enough to leave you unable to function. Definitely recommended for people who get anxious amongst groups of people.

When you crack up the lid you are not only great with a nice aroma of mixed berries. You can surely smell the blueberry and raspberry. You will also notice the color of the berry herbal incense. The effects of Code Black’s Berry herbal incense blend are not as strong as their “Plus Blend” and “Black Label” nor is it meant to be. Their “fruity” aromas are their starter blends, but they are not weak either. It is just that the Plus is about 3 notches up and the Black Label is off the charts. So unless you have experience Code Black before it may be a good idea to start with one of the scented herbal incense blends. K2 Blue Herbal Incense Review

Yet another K2 Spice blend from the makers of K2 Incense. This herbal incense blend as you may have guessed already is scented with the sweet smell of blueberry and the herbs also match the color slightly. If you are not familiar with the other herbal incense blends from K2 Incense. You can find those herbal incense reviews on this website. If you have read any of the other K2 Incense reviews you will know that there is an abundance of fake and counterfeit K2 Spice varieties of the “K2 Incense” brand floating around. That is why I would simply recommend getting directly from the K2 Incense store.

The first thing I noticed when I opened the bag was the color followed by the smell/aroma. K2 Blue has wonderful aroma surely to please the ladies and even the guys.

The herbal incense blend was somewhat drier than I expected, but the result is that you get nothing stuck to the inside of the bag and it appeared everything had been cured properly. The herbal incense is not ground up too much, and rather just loose. You’ll notice a twig here and there but nothing that doesn’t burn. This blend burns rather easy and surprisingly smooth. Although the faint hint of blueberry taste is soon gone after the first and second whiff.

K2 Blue Herbal Incense Effects

I would have to say the effects are pretty much exactly like that of it’s brother K2 Summit Incense. Which does not come has a surprise to me, seeing that every brand/flavor and aroma of the K2 Incense seems to be the same quality which just hint of different aromas. If you like blueberries you should love this K2 Spice. Overall it is a decent herbal incense and it does the job it was made to due.

Well, wouldn’t you believe it. Yep, that’s right I’m back for yet, another review. This time we’ll be covering something a little more on the potent side of herbal incense blends. This one in particular took me by surprise and if it hadn’t of been for coming down a bit I would have lost my mind.

I began writing herbal incense reviews shortly after I read the owner would help get and send K2 Spice samples to whomever wrote quality and in depth reviews of the samples. He said he’d hook me up with some “Code Black”. Well, I didn’t know I’d be hooked up with 4 1.5 gram jars. Yeah, that’s right.. I received a 6 gram sample. (Visit Code Black Incense website).

The packaging was top notch, filled with bubble wrap and was so discreet, I didn’t even expect it. Shipping took around 2 days max and upon empting the contents of this magical blend out I was amazed to find a very professional pamphlet as well. Before I go any further, I want you guys to know that I am not feeling forced or inclined to give them a good review, because they sent me a lot of herbal incense. I already have 15 more grams ordered from them.

The scent this stuff carries is like, a pure sweet damiana scent. At first, I thought it resembled an energy drink, but it is sweet damiana. I’d give it an easy 10 out of 10.

Code Black Black Label Herbal Incense Effects

This stuff is just like, WOW. I thought I was on a roller coaster or something. I remember checking out the package and being like man, this stuff is packaged well. The 1.5 gram jars are fat too. Let me put it this way, if you are a beginner toker, DO NOT TRY THIS BLEND. I am sure you could go for one of their flavored blends, but this stuff will literally knock your socks off.

I had about a .3 gram bowl of this stuff and I literally crawled into my living room begging my wife to get an ambulance. For what I thought was a panic attack, I was actually just really cold and needed to warm up in a blanket for a bit. This stuff is top notch. I don’t know about a 10 out of 10 though. If I were to rate it I’d give it a 13/10 easily. I’ve never been as high as this on anything else. I literally thought I was on shrooms or a LSD trip the whole time.

Overall Rating 13/10

This herbal incense blend from Code Black is not for light weights and should left to the more seasoned k2 incense users. Please use with extreme caution. As the is a very powerful blend and just the smallest bit will go a long way. On that note, we like to congratulate the Code Black Incense company on their Black Label blend an giving it a rightful deserved spot on our “Top Shelf Herbal Incense” list.

Black Label is a nice step up from the Plus Blend and and a giant leap from their flavored herbal incense. This K2 Spice is better left to the experienced and heavy hitters. Take it slow to see how you react. Burn with caution!
