The herb used in this herbal incense blend do not really carry any real scent or aroma, could best be described as a “tea” type smell. The effects filter through after a couple lights of the incense. Although the effects may not be a strong as others it still provides a decent feeling at a fraction of the cost of others.  Typical aromatherapy session to last about 25-30 minutes.  So in conclusion, Spongebud’s K2 Spice is nothing over the top but for the price it is really hard to complain. This blend tends to you leave you more relaxed/tired afterwards so may be better suited before bedtime.
